Volumetric Metering Valve
With the volumetric dispensing valves, you can apply the precisely defined quantity of your lubricant to your components.
The optionally available sensors for metering piston monitoring make metering even safer. We recommend two sensors per dispensing valve (loading and dispensing position). These can be retrofitted at any time!
An external pneumatic 5/2-way valve must be provided to control the dosing valves
varied models can be selected for different dispensing quantity, and each model is stepless adjustable within the quantitative range
How to use?

Control Circuit
Connection compressed air to “dosing stroke” -> Starting the dosing process;
Connection compressed air to “load stroke”-> load the valve for a new process;
Connection “OIL IN” to Pump / Material Supply;
Cycle time (Test grease:NLGL2)
